We are hiring for Clinic Receptionist (Female)
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in a similar role/function, preferably in a healthcare clinic/setup.
Language:
Native Bengali with basic knowledge of Hindi and/or English (speaking)
Essential Qualities:
- Service orientation
- Amiable demeanor
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of computers, MS Word/Excel
- Proficient in phone and facetoface conversation etiquettes
- Scheduling doctors' schedules and appointments
- Handling patient billing
- Preparation, maintenance, and record/storage of patient files
