Madurai, Devakottai & Keeranur:

  • Build and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Oversee the relationship with customers handled by your team.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Expand the customer base by upselling and crossselling.
  • Understand key customer individual needs and addressing these.
  • Meet with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Superior product knowledge.
  • A team player with leadership skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
  • A bachelor's degree is must.
Accounting Background.

  • Support Finance Managers via Phone and mails.
  • Ensuring Transaction Feedback is closed within timelines.
  • Achieving Monthly Targets.
  • Reconciliation from Customer end for payment clarity
  • Should handle direct end to end accounts along with Field Visit.
  • Should be able to Handle high end customers

Salary:
₹11, ₹13,000.00 per month
