**Responsibilities:
- *
  • Involved as Project coordinator for Real Estate Construction Commercial & Residential projects.
  • Identifying & controlling communication channel for seamless flow of data and drawings during design stage of project.
  • Coordination between all consultants during design development stage to obtain GFC drawings.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
  • Preparation of detailed Project Schedule in consultation with various consultants and contractors involved in the project.
  • Monitoring project progress as predefined frequency and updating client through report on planned vs actual duration.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Preparing Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Report (WPR) and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR) of projects.
  • Identifying contractors/ agencies suitable for the project and doing their prequalification.
  • Preparing procurement schedule consistent to the project schedule and Oversee project procurement management.
  • Help prepare budgets.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities.
  • Preparing Reconciliation for various items based on store records of actual material consumption vs theoretical values.
  • Bill Certification based on work order payment stages & actual quantities & measurements.
  • Preparing Quality Audit report and inspecting the construction work on site by Ensuring standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
  • Defining scope of work for safety agency and monitoring them.
  • Preparing snag list and getting works completed from contractors.
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Must have prior experience in documentation & execution of high rise project. (Aluform construction experience is a plus)
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Strong clientfacing and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.

Software Knowledge required:
AutoCAD, MS Projects, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)


Education:

  • B. Tech in Civil, (PG in NICMAR will be preferred)

Experience:

  • 6-7 years

Location:

  • Aundh, Pune

Pay:
₹60, ₹65,000.00 per month
