Regional Business Process Expert - Finance

Purpose of the Job

  • The Regional Business Process Expert is the métier referee for the Region in charge.
  • The Regional Business Process Expert supports new IS implementation and validates closure of implementation
  • The Regional Business Process Expert communicates and ensures the process model is applied in his corresponding métier in the region.
  • The Regional Business Process Expert ensures GSI usability in all the deployed entities

The Regional Business Process Expert hierarchically reports to the GSI APAC Business Director in the Region he is dedicated to (as Methods & Tools métier, depending on the organization).


Network & Links
- with central team (BPO,IS Referees) due to the expertise on métier & IS tool.
- with KU for capturing process lack of knowledge, contain them & escalate if necessary.
- with the other BPOs in the Region to ensure the consistency of processes and tools, and inputs & outputs are aligned to the Process Key Indicators targets.
- with the project team (GSI) for activity reporting.


Mission

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Project deployement:


  • The Regional BPE submit the gap analysis to Global BPO before new IS implementations
  • During implementations Regional BPE helps sites for developing training sessions (as defined by Program), coaching KU & Rollouts.
  • Regional BPE monitors incidents & defects raised by the sites (Key Users). They can propose workarounds. They validate the solution proposed by program and its implementation. He (she) is the entry point for issues raised, for issues characterization & supervise the problem solving with the IS referee.

System and process sustainability:


  • Animation:
  • The Regional Business Process Expert validates training guides for the Region
  • The Regional Business Process Expert creates, sustain & develop Key Users networks.
  • Ensure process consistency with others RBPO
  • The Regional Business Process Expert puts in place and manages usage control ensuring that endusers are well using the system, by assessment performed.
  • The Regional Business Process Expert analyses the needs from the KU and if agreed submits the change requests to central BPO
  • The Regional Business Process Expert are the firsts entry points for key users & department heads concerning the processes related to their métier in the related Region
  • The Regional Business Process Expert proposes process upgrades to Global BPO coming from his expertise or other workshops with regional teams IS referees and other BPOs.
  • The Regional Business Process Expert assesses the KU competencies for skill matrix & development management of the KU (linked with Central).
  • The Regional Business Process Expert can extract, they consolidates & analyzes indicators coming from sites (effectiveness metrics & PKI) in order to share it and build appropriate action plan
