Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller - REAL ESTATE.

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting RD Brothers' services and generating leads, providing information about properties and services, and scheduling appointments with clients.

Lead Generation:
They identify potential leads through various channels such as online inquiries, referrals, cold calling, or attending networking events.

Provide Information:

They provide detailed information about the project, including the location, features, amenities, floor plans, pricing, and potential return on investment.

Address Queries:

They answer any questions or concerns the potential buyers may have regarding the property, the developer, payment terms, legal aspects, etc.

Build Relationships:

They build rapport with potential buyers, understand their needs and preferences, and tailor their approach to match their interests.

Follow-Up:

They maintain regular communication with leads, follow up on inquiries, provide updates on the project's progress, and encourage them to take the next steps towards purchasing.

Close Sales:

Their ultimate goal is to convert leads into sales by guiding them through the purchasing process, facilitating negotiations, and assisting with paperwork and transactions.

Post-Sale Support:

After a sale is made, they may continue to provide support to buyers, address any post-sale concerns, and ensure a smooth transition to the next phase of the process.

Education Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in telemarketing is a plus
