    Description

    You'll be our: Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

    You'll be based at: IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru

    You'll be aligned with: Lead - Talent Acquisition

    You'll be a member of: People Operations & Strategy

    What you'll do at Ather:

    ● Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

    ● Prepare and post jobs to appropriate channels: job boards, career pages, , etc.

    ● Source and attract candidates via databases, social media, etc. (GitHub//Twitter)

    ● Screen candidate resumes and job applications

    ● Assess applicants' knowledge, skills & behaviour

    ● Recommend continuous improvement to practices, processes and policies to advance the Talent Acquisition function

    ● Search within existing talent pool to ensure internal career opportunities and development possibilities

    ● Conclude the selection process with the manager and the candidate, including offer negotiations and approvals to release the offer and close the vacancy once the candidate joins.

    ● Use data-based evidence to address hiring manager expectations about the talent market and the recruiting process.

    ● Drive data accuracy within the HRMS function. Ensure accuracy and data integrity of the HR system through periodic reviews.

    Here's what we are looking for:

    • Hands on experience in end-to-end recruitment practices
    • Experience in working for Corporate roles, especially in Manufacturing sector
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience working with a dynamic team and with extensive use of electronic communication tools

    You bring to Ather:

    • A Bachelors/Masters in Management or any other equivalent degree
    • 6-10 years of experience in recruitment
