    Job Responsibility:
    Manage the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing strategies to offer negotiation.
    Work closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
    Identify potential candidates through creative sourcing techniques to fill the candidate pipeline.
    Strategize, recommend, and drive improvements for building a talent pipeline.
    Act as a consultant in hiring processes utilizing industry knowledge, compensationexpertise, leveling guidelines, etc.

    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2-4 years of recruitment experience in a fast paced environment handling end to end recruitment activities which includes talent branding, sourcing strategies, selection process, candidate experience, data management and all the related responsibilities.

    Solid experience in stakeholder management, data management and handling International contingency agencies & executive searchfirms.
    Experience in recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms to improve process efficiencies.
    Outstanding assessment and interviewing skills; strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes.
