Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services

  • Handle guest queries and provide accurate information about the company and its services
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of guest concerns
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints, taking necessary actions to address any issues
  • Assist in organizing and managing guest events and special promotions
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues
  • Act as a point of contact between the company and guests, addressing any inquiries or requests promptly
  • Ensure all guest interactions are logged and documented appropriately

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
