Guest Service Representative - Pune, India - Logicon Facility Management
Description
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services- Handle guest queries and provide accurate information about the company and its services
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of guest concerns
- Handle guest feedback and complaints, taking necessary actions to address any issues
- Assist in organizing and managing guest events and special promotions
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues
- Act as a point of contact between the company and guests, addressing any inquiries or requests promptly
- Ensure all guest interactions are logged and documented appropriately
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
