Process Coordinator - Ahmedabad, India - U&I Interiors pvt Ltd
Description
Perform and monitor process levels activities and communicate with the team members to provide information for the activities with relation to client delivery and services, time lines, etc.
Ensure that the details for the processes related to client services and internal timelines are filled on timeSupported customer services representatives, clients and internal team by developing forms and processes that increases productivity.
Handling daily trackers updation and monitoring the things are on schedule. Co-ordinate and follow-up incase of delays.
Working knowledge of excel, word, MS office.
Finance and accounting skills.
Should be able to perform documentation (hard copies and soft copies) of the process work.
Preferred:
Should be polite and good in follow-ups
Atleast 1-2 years of experience as a process co-ordinator
Interpersonal skills and Communication skills:
English, Hindi, Gujarati
Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sola, Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad , Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
