Job Title - Service Technician
Training for John Deere engines will be provided by us

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain & repair equipment & systems, including mechanical, electrical and electronic systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to determine the root cause of the problem.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks, such as inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of equipment.
Identify and order necessary replacement parts, and work with vendors and suppliers to obtain the required components.
Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs, including work orders, parts usage, and service history.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers and team members, including answering questions and explaining complex technical concepts.
Conduct training sessions for customers and team members on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to service requests and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following all applicable safety regulations.
2+ years of experience in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
Strong technical skills, including knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to use software to track maintenance and repair records.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical individuals.

Multi-linguistic: English, Hindi

Minimum 1 to 3 years' experience in Servicing diesel engines.
Physically fit and able to travel to customers sites all over India. Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping heavy lifting, and reaching.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualification: Degree/Diploma/Certification or Equivalent in Mechanical/Automobile/ Electrical/ Electronics

Job Types:

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
