Description
You will be supporting customers with concerns while they bare using the firestick in the US region- You will be answering technical and customer support queries
- You will be handling inbound technical queries about the product and their functions
- You will educate the customers about products, subscriptions, renewals, and new subscriptions
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle irate customers
- A team player
Salary:
Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Night shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pitampura, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- English voice: 1 year (required)
