Execute Production plan as per Devices schedule.

Make sure Devices manufactured are of required quality

Initiate & monitor improvement actions

Report quality issues & actively involve in finding route cause & actions to eliminate the same.

Plan & monitor training to BC workforce.

Monitor & control Productivity on shop.

Maintain & improve 5s on shop day by day.

Identify unsafe conditions/ acts & report the same.

Monitor & control all Production KPI's

Needs to Work in 3 shifts.

Education:
Diploma Electronics any branch.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in related function.
