• For us, Communication Consultant/Creative Account Manager is the one who loves marketing:
• Have the capability to handle client relationships
• Can think of creative solutions for the assignments
• Can translate the business requirements into creative brief for the design team
• Take ownership of the projects & ensure their timely delivery as per the requirements
• Add value when it comes to brand messaging & content strategy
• Propose creative ideas to the client for new strategic initiatives

• Heading multiple creative assignments inparallel
• Have worked on handling presentations, brochures, web design projects, branding assignments, event presentations and more
• Preparing the creative & strategic briefs for the creative team to work on and briefing them as per the requirements from the client & internal brainstorming
• Being actively participating in the calls, F2F meeting & internal brainstorming sessions
• The person should be strongly capable of handling remote working teams and should have the ability to handle and manage the assignments being done by the extended network of team
• Ensuring a healthy relationship with the client by maintaining day to day communication, updating on tasks & activities, sending suggestions on new ideas and following up as and when required
• Become an effective channel between different team & client. Translating the client requirements into the briefs and then helping Design team translate that brief into a final outcome which is as per our standards
• You should be comfortable in interacting with people from different part of the world. The mode of a meeting would be Skype, Webex or Face to Face.

• Based on the client's special requirements, you should have the ability to do an online research on their brand, competitors, references, ideas & suggestions
• You should be able to contribute newer ideas, inspirations, and smarter concepts to make the client solution, a success
• Based on your research & analysis, you should be able to consult the client for a perfect solution which can meet their requirements in the best way

• You should have the ability to develop a right logical flow of the content, should be able to think the vital pieces of information that should be covered, Story telling, coming up with ideas & directing the content team to create something which is meaningful
• Ability to think differently and crafting compelling creative story given the purpose and need of the project

• You should be well versed with MS Office and Great with PowerPoint (We genuinely hope)
• Creative + strategic + Responsible
• A strong team worker
• Willing to work in odd timelines & working hours if needed
• Exposure to events would be a great plus
• Ensuring a healthy relationship with the client by maintaining day to day communication, updating on tasks & activities, sending suggestions on new ideas and following up as and when required
• Previous position in consultation, creative, Servicing roles would be a plus
• Good in English and Respectful to everyone
• Past education in Design management or communication management would be a plus

• Excellent collaboration skills, a solutionbased attitude, and the ability to work with people with diverse skills and backgrounds
• Thrives in an environment of continual feedback
• Develop project from creative conceptualization to final deliverable
• Work independently and prioritize multiple assignments to produce accurate results with quick turnaround times
• Handle stressful situations, Actively listens, requests clarification if needed
