With a strong focus on delivering exceptional services to our clients, we are seeking a motivated and experienced male Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand the hiring needs and requirements of our clients, primarily focusing on international BPO clients.
- Proactively address any challenges or issues that may arise during the recruitment process and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
Requirements:
- 12 years of prior experience in recruitment, specifically working with clients from international BPOs, demonstrating a deep understanding of the BPO industry's talent requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully fulfilling recruitment needs, meeting targets, and maintaining highquality standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a teamoriented environment, fostering collaboration and contributing to team success.
Salary Offered:
INR 15, ,000 per month
