Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire recruitment cycle/process of end to end to enable selection of quality talent for open positions
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen relevant resumes
- Perform prescreening calls to analyse applicants' abilities
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assist with daytoday operations of the HR functions and duties
Skill Requirements
- Proven work experience as IT Recruiter
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques
Interpersonal skills:
Good Verbal and written communication skills
Salary:
Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
