This is what you will be doing Your first 4 Weeks: 1. Learn about industry, market practices, problems, solutions, product, market players etc 2. Configure & explore all tools like Accounting Software, makers and checkers system, Communication tools etc

3 How it works:
Customer journey, Company and sales processes and vendor management from start to end. 4.

Build Relationships with your inside, sales representative, external stakeholders to understand how, what & when:
i) Inflow & Outflow information is to be acquired. ii) Entries are recorded, Approvals. iii) Routine banking transactions are operated. iv) Periodical regulatory compliances are filed. v) Reporting happens. 5. Make yourself ready to perform at your fullest potential. 6. Consistently meet objectives.

This is what you will be doing Your first 2 to 6 months: 1. Leverage any opportunity you can to learn about the best practices, build relevant ones and incorporated within organisation. 2. Know what it takes to meet or exceed your goals and maintain the momentum to do so. 3. Begin to expand your knowledge of Inside Accounting duties and responsibilities. 4. Work with mentors to set goals for yourself to gain consideration for promotion. 5. Continue to build on your core skills and product/industry knowledge to grow into next position.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
