Responsibilities:

Proficient in generating MIS reports using tools like Excel, Data Studio, and Google Spreadsheet.
Analyze monthly and weekly HR reports, identifying issues and errors.
Maintain reports and spreadsheets for historical data.
Work closely with the HR team and management to provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Provide insights through data analysis to support decisionmaking.
Extract data into spreadsheets and prepare monthly consolidation of review decks and reports.
Prepare dashboards, automatic reports, and report formats to streamline departmental processes.
Possess the ability to validate and identify issues in reports and data.
Proactively work towards fixing discrepancies, demonstrating a logical approach.
