Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales Training:


  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive sales training programs for the corporate sales team.
  • Provide indepth knowledge and training on the company's sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Personality Development:


  • Conduct workshops and training sessions on personality development, including communication skills, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Facilitate sessions on building confidence, emotional intelligence, and professional etiquette.

New Hire Onboarding:


  • Conduct orientation sessions for new sales representatives, integrating sales training with personality development components.
  • Deliver training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.

Ongoing Training and Development:


  • Plan and execute ongoing training sessions to reinforce and advance the skills of existing sales representatives.
  • Incorporate personality development elements into continuous learning initiatives.

Individual Coaching:


  • Provide oneonone coaching sessions to address specific skill gaps or challenges faced by individual sales team members.
  • Offer personalized development plans that encompass both sales skills and personal growth.

Collaboration with Sales Leadership:


  • Work closely with sales managers to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Align training initiatives with the overall sales strategy and goals of the organization.

Sales Technology Training:


  • Familiarize sales representatives with the effective use of sales tools, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies.
  • Ensure the integration of technology into the sales and personality development training curriculum.

Performance Assessment:


  • Implement and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of training on both sales performance and personal development.
  • Provide regular reports and feedback to sales leadership on training outcomes.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Sales and Personality Development Trainer or in a similar role within a corporate setting.
  • Indepth knowledge of sales techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Expertise in conducting personality development programs.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Should have conducted workshop on their own

₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
