Key Responsibiities

  • Have to answer and make calls professionally to provide information about products and services.
  • Calling clients and explaining them about the products for buying and selling.
  • Know to maintain Client Relationship Management.
  • Take /cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Follow
- up with clients.


  • Keep records of interactions.
  • Handling sales over the phone entirely.
  • Should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.
  • Should have the ability to close a sales deal.

Eligibilities

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Good communication skills in languages like Hindi, Bengali and English.
  • Should have experience of 1 to 2 years.

Skills

  • Should have to be confident enough and have a clear idea before making the call to a person.
  • Convincing power should be there.
  • Must have a goal in mind.

Salary
Salary will be 8 ,000 -12,000 per month.
