Social media Handler:

  • Need to focus on areas like customer engagement, brand management, build a brand voice and organizational communications.
  • Needs to measure results by tracking metrics and insights on each platform.
  • Handle customers on their enquiries/complaints via multiple channels i.e. call/mail.
  • To understand the product features for better problem solving.
  • You must be aware of developments in the industry, including what competitors are doing, and be able to recommend improvements to organizational management.
  • Communicate issues to appropriate internal teams as necessary for quick resolution and coordinate with them for solving any customer issues.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction and provide an empathetic experience to every user.
  • Reporting all product and servicerelated issue/trends to the respective stakeholders

Requirements/preferable qualifications:

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • 2+ years of experience as a social media executive/consultant
  • Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and relate to the issues customers raise
  • Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • Ability to approach problems logically
  • Ability to demonstrate learning and decision making skills
  • A natural ability to building rapport

Pay:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
  • Social media strategy: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Digital marketing (preferred)
