Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative influencer marketing strategies that align with the brand's objectives, target audience, and marketing goals.

Influencer Identification and Outreach: Research and identify potential influencers across multiple social media platforms. Conduct outreach to negotiate and secure partnerships that fit the brand's image and budget.

Campaign Management: Coordinate with influencers to ensure content is created and published according to campaign requirements. Manage timelines, deliverables, and contractual obligations.

Content Collaboration: Work closely with influencers and the internal content team to brainstorm and guide the creation of engaging content that resonates with the target audience and adheres to brand guidelines.

Budget Management: Monitor and manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize campaign impact.

Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics to assess the effectiveness of influencer partnerships. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and influencer agencies to ensure ongoing successful collaborations.

Market Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices in influencer marketing, and emerging platforms to keep the brand at the forefront of influencer marketing.


Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
