Qualifications and experience:
- Experience of 24 years with startups and corporates in Startup Accelerator/ Business Incubator/ Startup Ecosystem.
Desired Skills:
- Good analytics skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
- Team player and ability to work in small teams.
Key Responsibilities/ Duties:
- Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with corporates, startups, investors, Government, media and other major stakeholders in the startup ecosystem.
- Partnerships building: With various corporates to be onboarded as collaborators for the Plugin program.
- Project management: Ensure that the program is going according to plan by actively tracking activities and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Coordination: Interact and monitor the progress of startups in the cohort on a regular basis, understand their requirements and provide support when required.
- Communication and Reporting: Share regular updates about the program with key stake holders.
- Event management: Organize training sessions and demo days.
- Participate actively in startup events to identify deep tech startups with growth potential.
- Facilitate access to mentor networks & funding opportunities for startups.

₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
