Job Summary:

As a Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.

You will be a key member of our logistics team and will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing a high-quality delivery experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver products to customers in a timely, safe, and efficient manner
  • Follow delivery schedules and routes assigned by the company
  • Ensure that products are delivered to the correct address and received by the customer
  • Verify the identity of the customer and collect payments as required
  • Maintain accurate records of all deliveries made and payments collected
  • Communicate with customers and the company regarding delivery schedules, delays, and other issues
  • Ensure the safety and security of the products during transportation
  • Inspect the products before delivery to ensure that they are in good condition
  • Maintain the delivery vehicle in good condition and report any issues to the company
  • Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while on the road
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Familiarity with GPS devices and mobile apps
