We are looking forward to hire Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Professionals in the following areas:

Process Excellence Team who thrives on challenges and desire to make a real difference in the business world.

You are required to have skills in the following areas:

Should have 2-4 yrs of experience in SQA.
ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 20000:2018, CMMI

Planned Roles and Responsibilities:

Understand the Integrated Quality Management System
Plan and schedule internal Audits
Conduct Facilitations, internal Audits, configuration audits, and release audits and publish respective reports
Analyze internal audit findings on a Quarterly and Yearly basis to identify CAPA.
Identification of QMS changes / Improvements and incorporate changes to QMS
Collection and Verification of project metrics on a monthly basis
Establish PPBs and PPMs at the organizational level by using SQC techniques and Regression models.
Support Project Managers on Quantitative Project Management
Participate in Quality Management Reviews
Establish projectdefined processes for projects in line with client requirements and QMS
Participate in the project review meetings
Conduct training and performance workshops at the Organizational level
Accountable for assigned responsibilities.
