1. Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards.- Keep an eye on approved report and keep clients informed about report
- Keep follow up for not approved reports.
- To explain Laboratory policy to patients & clients
- To keep patients and clients updated for any break down, repeat sample requirement etc which causes delay in report
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public. Perform reception duties in and efficient, professional and courteous manner.
