Description
1. Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards.


  • Keep an eye on approved report and keep clients informed about report
  • Keep follow up for not approved reports.
  • To explain Laboratory policy to patients & clients
  • To keep patients and clients updated for any break down, repeat sample requirement etc which causes delay in report
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public. Perform reception duties in and efficient, professional and courteous manner.
