Description

Job responsibilities of Banking and Finance:1) Prepared and submit monthly GST and TDS reports to the consultant before due date.

2) Assistance in Statutory compliance, Tax audit and resolving audit queries.

3) Prepared monthly fund requisition, accrual expenses statement and month end closing process.

4) Prepared Purchase orders ensure timely payment of vendors and Vendor Management.

5) Prepared and checked monthly payroll inputs of attendance, leaves, salary advances & other deductions.

6) Collect and checking employees' investment proofs, reimbursements and submit to the payroll consultant.

7) Assistance in payroll processing, resolve employees payroll queries and Issuing Form 16 to employees.

8) Prepared monthly financial reports, MIS and month end closing process.

9) Prepared monthly statutory reports and payments of TDS, P.F., P.T., and Service Tax.

10) Maintained all employees CTC breakup including mid-year CTC Changes where applicable.

11) Bank reconciliation, Co-ordinate with banks-banking activities.

12) Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, Budgeting, Variance Analysis, Fund Managements, Bank Reconciliations,

MIS creations Fixed Assets Capex register maintenance.


Internal and Statutory Audits:
Financial Voucher Verifications, Ledger Scrutiny, Finance account finalization, Preparation of Balance Sheet &
Schedules, Computation of Tax Liabilities.


Banking Related:
Saving Account, Life Insurance, Wealth Management, Portfolio Current account, Secured/unsecured Loans.


Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:


  • Master's (preferred)

Experience:

- finance: 5 years (preferred)

  • Corporate finance: 3 years (preferred)
  • Finance specialization: 6 years (preferred)
