Experience:

Roles and Responsibilities:

- concrete. Ensure that the mix designs are optimized for maximum strength, durability, workability, and other performance parameters.

  • Quality Control: Conduct extensive testing and analysis of RMC products, including compressive strength, slump, air content, and other performance parameters. Ensure that the products meet the desired quality standards and are consistent with the specifications.
  • Production Optimization: Work closely with the production team to optimize the RMC production processes, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure consistent quality and performance. This may involve monitoring the batching process, ensuring proper equipment calibration, and providing technical support to the production team.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all testing and quality control activities, including data analysis and reporting. Ensure that all records are uptodate and easily accessible to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keep uptodate with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in concrete materials and production. Continuously improve the mix designs, testing protocols, and production processes to ensure the highest levels of quality and performance.
