Description

Conducting market research and gathering data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions.

Identifying trends and insights in the data and making recommendations to management.
Prospect research and qualification with a focus on enterprisescale global companies in the Americas/Europe/IMEA/APAC region. Achieve daily goals and surpass weekly and monthly targets.
Manage large volume of B2B data, research on LinkedIn and leverage a range of database tools (Zoominfo, Lusha etc.) to create and enter accurate customer profiles into CRM.
Proactively find new sources for prospect/lead discovery.
Good knowledge of CRM Tool like Salesforce & HubSpot
Good knowledge of Qualitative & Quantitative research.
Assisting lead with new demand generation ideas.
Undertake special data research projects as needed.

CRM Tool Handling(Salesforce)

Detailed understanding/exp working on salesforce tool is a plus, end to end handling of Salesforce CRM tool. Conducting quality checks for the data/information collected by the team members before uploading into salesforce. Preparing reports to ensure all the data is correctly mapped and accurate

Requirements:

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Proficient with excel and MS tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

35 years of experience in Secondary research
Solid computer skills/Problem solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organisational staff
