We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Centre Admin to join our team.

As the Centre Admin, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our centre, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your exceptional multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills will be crucial in maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all administrative tasks within the centre.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Maintain and update records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Classroom delivery of readymade English and soft skills content to improve their job readiness.
Organizing extracurricular activities for student s overall development, Conduct timely student assessment and social profiling
Motive and counsel students as per need

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar setting.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in completing tasks.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish professional relationships with staff and external contacts.

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
