Job Description - Sales Coordinator- Maintain daily work reports in given formats
- Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Quote making and coordinate with team for final pricing and share the quote in proper format without error
- Ensure the adequacy of salesrelated equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give aftersales support when requested
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or event
- Maintain score board and prepare reports to track performance metrics
- Submit weekly and monthly reports
- Keep track of Service and Sales team and maintain their attendance and DCR
- Maintain Sale Order and keep track of the payments with support of sales team
- Female
- 12 years experience in relevant or any other customer service profile
- Should have good knowledge of MS Excel
- Immediate Joiner
Salary:
₹12, ₹14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
