Description
Job Description - Sales Coordinator

  • Maintain daily work reports in given formats
  • Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Quote making and coordinate with team for final pricing and share the quote in proper format without error
  • Ensure the adequacy of salesrelated equipment or material
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give aftersales support when requested
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or event
  • Maintain score board and prepare reports to track performance metrics
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports
  • Keep track of Service and Sales team and maintain their attendance and DCR
  • Maintain Sale Order and keep track of the payments with support of sales team
  • Female
  • 12 years experience in relevant or any other customer service profile
  • Should have good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Immediate Joiner

Salary:
₹12, ₹14,000.00 per month


Shift:

  • Day shift

Travel requirement:

  • No travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
