Description

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management:
  • Oversee the management of all inventory within the fertility hospital's warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking stock levels, replenishment, and consumption patterns.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Procurement and Supply Chain:
  • Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely procurement of supplies, equipment, and materials required for the hospital's fertility operations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costeffectiveness and efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Storage and Organization:
  • Implement efficient storage and organization systems within the warehouse to maximize space utilization and facilitate easy access to items.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of delicate or perishable items, adhering to relevant safety and quality standards.
  • Establish protocols for the safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Distribution and Logistics:
  • Oversee the distribution of inventory to various departments within the fertility hospital according to their needs and schedules.
  • Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments, including arranging transportation and documentation as necessary.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and address any delays or issues to minimize disruptions to hospital operations.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among warehouse personnel.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff, recognizing achievements and addressing areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing warehouse operations, including health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries in the warehouse.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any safety or compliance issues proactively.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the warehouse operations.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards governing warehouse operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹10, ₹25,904.19 per month
