Region Company Secretary & Legal Counsel

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

The Regional company secretary is responsible in organizing the statutory boards and AGMs on time and take car of any legal submission, reporting as required by the local regulations.

He also manages the external law firms, notably in the country's where, such external support is mandatory.

Regional company secretary makes sure that all companies in his/her scope follow's the mandatory's requirements in term of delegation of powers.

As a Legal counsel, the person shall also support the regional/global legal project in term of contract management, due diligence, rationalization and other projects communicated by the general counsel.

Ensure a active liaison between Internal control and legal department ( self assessment, action plan follow-up, communication...)
