Role and Responsibilities:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service;
Check the needs and desires of customers;
Recommend items that meet customer needs;
Receive and greet customers;
Manage point of sale processes;
Actively engage in receiving new shipments;
Keep up to date with product information;
Accurately describe the features and benefits of the product;
Ensure that the showroom is in order and clean to receive customers;
Make a technical visit if necessary;
Follow all company policies and procedures.
