Project Administrator
GP Strategies are now looking for Project Administrator to join the team.

As Project Administrator, you will be responsible for planning, developing and managing the logístical implementation, organisation and delivery of a new Executive Leadership Development programme.

Working with business partners and stakeholders you'll ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of the programme to the required audience population.

About the role

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Coordinate supplier and client resources
  • Support creation of MI Reports, projects and deliverables
  • Support record and document repository maintenance
  • Help coordinate access to client tools, authoring tools, standards, testing hardware, source content as needed
  • Coordinate with Project Manager, project team, client, and other vendors
  • May submit courses to the client for review and coordinate the intake and distribution of resulting feedback
  • May review deliverables/courses to ensure accuracy and quality
  • May support Project Management Lead with program needs (reporting, data gathering/analysis, requirements followup, etc.)
  • Contractual / Fixedterm position
  • 35 years of work experience in MI/Reporting role
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially, Excel and Power Point)
  • Good communication skills
  • Analytical skills an eye for numbers
  • Knowledge of dashboards/data visualization is essential
  • Location agnostic
