CyberMart hiring freshers for the post of Seller Support Associate


Responsibilities:

Resolve seller issues and act as a point of escalation for seller issues.

Responds to Associate support requests

Documenting all Selling Partner interactions and information according to standard operating procedures

Language - Hindi, Telugu and English ( must)

tamil, kannada, will be plus


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
Up to ₹180,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Morning shift

  • Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
