Job brief

We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.

Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes for projects management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with business development team and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Ultimately, the Project Coordinator's duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet high quality standards.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities

Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours
Developing project strategies.
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Experience in project management in
Database:
Strong MS-Excel/Access working Knowledge, cleansing the database advance in QC skills.
Handling the Counts and sample request from business development team
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B database or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Handling all projects assigned by the business development team, need to insure project delivery on time.
Capability to handle the 1015 guys in team.
