What will you do?
- Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix
- Implement virus detection and eradication procedures
- Diagnose enduser system failures and implement repair solutions
- Diagnose printer and other peripheral devise failures and implement repair solutions
- Troubleshoot network devices in order to ensure connectivity from the PC to the Network

What do you need to succeed?
- 3+ years corporate desk side support experience with strong emphasis supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10
- Experience troubleshooting and replacing hardware on Lenovo PCs
- Experience using Active Directory
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office 2007, Microsoft Office 2016 including MS Lync, Microsoft Outlook Web Application (OWA) and the Outlook 2016 client
- Experience troubleshooting wireless connectivity issues
- Quality Customer Service skills
- VPN experience.
- Experience with basic hardware printer support
- Experience with Symantec productions including Endpoint Protection, Bitlocker, SCCM, and RDP

***- MAC system support experience
- Provide onsite deskside support to local and remotes sites in Shenzhen.
- Travel is required when necessary.
- Support computing hardware and desktop software.
- Support Printer & Peripherals, Desk phone and Mobile phone.
- Support Video Conference room and Show room as level 1. Standby service is required when necessary.
- Provide Event Support according to business requirements.
- PC reimaging for PC Refresh or computing problems when required.
- Restoration and migration of user data

- Assistance of PC Assets management with Assets team together.
- Provide Smart Hands as required to assist other support groups including but not limited to networking, server and telecommunication teams.
- Good English in reading, writing and speaking
- Solid foundation of end user computing experience
- Excellent troubleshooting capability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fundamental knowledge of Service Management process
- Good time management skills to prioritize workload
- Good service experience in a corporate environment
- Ability to determine the solution & root cause of issue
- Ability to learn new technologies
