Location:
Khatodara GIDC, Surat

Company:

Salary: 12,000 to 14,000 INR per month

Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including workstations, pantry, and washrooms.
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and garbage disposal.
Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in procurement as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging furniture for events and meetings.
Run errands outside the office, such as purchasing office supplies or delivering documents.
Assist in basic administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Serve beverages and refreshments to office staff and visitors.
Ensure the security of the office by monitoring visitors and controlling access to the premises.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

Prior experience as an Office Boy or similar role is preferred.
Basic understanding of office procedures and etiquette.
Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting and carrying.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Friendly and polite demeanor with good communication skills.
Flexibility to work extended hours if required.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Familiarity with the local area for running errands is advantageous.
