    Job Description -REAL ESTATE ONLY - Director Warehousing

    Join our team as a director and refine your leadership skills while being supported by resources to help your ownership mentality blossom.

    We are looking for an experienced leader to head the entire Warehousing vertical Pan-India. This role is ideal for someone who aspires to start or lead a business. A person with hands-on experience on departmental Profit & Loss, leading highly efficient teams and a positive growth mindset. The organisation is looking for a self-driven leader who enjoys real estate business, has handled warehousing as a vertical and perhaps aspires to become an entrepreneur. We offer the right environment, required capital and all support services.

    The organisation offers an enthusiastic leader the opportunity to shape and influence the growth and direction of the warehouse department -- develop the right strategy, find appropriate locations, secure best prices and hire best resources.

    With customer satisfaction the primary goal — the role includes.

    • Preparing Annual Operating plans and Business Plans
    • Driving strategy and execution
    • Creating and leading a team of professionals
    • Train and manage team to solve day-to-day operational issues to fulfil short and long-term goals
    • Creating and influencing a database of investors
    • Creating and driving a team of regional partners
    • Establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals
    • Networking with potential partners

    Required skills and qualifications

    • Management Graduate from a leading school
    • Over 10 or more years of experience in a similar role
    • Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
    • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
    • Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal

    Preferred skills and qualifications / Added advantage.

    • Associate's degree (or equivalent) in logistics or supply chain management
    • Proficiency with SCM+ for warehouses
