What you will do:

BI Designer in BI Service Delivery Team
As a BI Designer, you will be working on the following activities:
1. Deliver GAPs in collaboration with Global Process team
Gather and clarify business As-Is and To-Be requirements with adequate level of details.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Process Experts, to design optimal and sound solution according to best practices and with quality.
Supporting Business and Stakeholder Management- Maintain good and meaningful communication/relationship with stakeholders. Support and address all type of requests from stakeholders.
Build up the relationship with key users and local process drivers and able to conduct effective discussion in meetings with users.
Conduct regular meetings with super users to keep them informed of current solution and issues.
Conduct small trainings to super users to improve solution adoption and reduce support demand.
Develop Team Competence- Provide relevant knowledge transfer to respective Service Delivery Team members.
Make sure to have good knowledge and secure compliance to internal processes.
Analyse current environment, identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, propose solutions, and participate in service improvement initiatives.

Overall Relevant 6+ years of experience:

Strong analytical skills with ability to learn independently.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and functional stakeholders, as well as process expert and end users
Able to communicate at either technical detail level or high level effectively, driving discussions depending on audience
Fast learner and handson
Resultoriented work ethic to always deliver ontime, onscope and onbudget and compliance to process
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Possess a matured and systematic thinking process
Have good hyper awareness and appreciation of social and cultural differences
Be able to work under pressure and manage stressful situations confidently & effectively
A team player who is also able to work independently on problems & issues
