Designation: Telecaller
Study Abroad
Location: Mohan Cooperative, New Delhi

Roles and Responsibilities:

Complete daily outbound call quota & talk time through allocated leads
Create sales pipeline & convert leads to meet and exceed enrolment / revenue targets
Upselling & crossselling relevant CL offerings
100 to 150 calls in a day, with 3.5 hours of talk time in a day
Ensure process compliance and timely reporting.
Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities.
Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction in issue resolution

Profile Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with a min of 50%. Those currently pursuing graduation are also eligible.
Upto 2 years of prior workex in edtech / study abroad online / inside sales.
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to continuously learn about colleges/universities abroad.
Knowledge of the admission process of at least one of the countries
US, UK, or Canada is a big plus.

Benefits:

Our working hours are from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm from Monday to Saturday.

All Saturdays are working.
