Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the processor is to facilitate invoice upload to third party customer portals within stipulated timeline and use the Dispute Management process to record any issues that may arise during upload.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform invoice upload to various thirdparty portals
Raise Disputes when invoice upload cannot be completed
Navigation and create SOPs for all the portals that are in use
Responds to internal invoicing inquiries
Support internal metrics and goals through invoicing activities
Assist in portal support and establishing portal connection
Sound judgment and ability to make quality and quick decisions
Outstanding communications skills (English)
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
Time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Minimum education

Undergraduation
