Closing Manager


Position Overview:


The Closing Manager is responsible for engaging with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) to pitch upcoming real estate projects.

This role involves effectively managing client portfolios, conducting product presentations, and maintaining accurate records.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Schedule and conduct meetings with HNIs, UHNIs, and NRIs to understand their real estate investment preferences and financial objectives.


Product Pitch:
Present upcoming real estate projects to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and investment opportunities tailored to their needs.

Portfolio Management:

Manage and oversee the real estate portfolio of HNIs, UHNIs, and NRIs, ensuring personalized service and attention to maximize client satisfaction and retention.


Deal Closure:

Focus on the closure of real estate deals by proactively addressing client concerns, negotiating terms, and facilitating the necessary documentation and transactions.


Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, addressing inquiries, and providing expert guidance on investment decisions.


Documentation:

Assist clients in completing necessary documentation and legal formalities related to property transactions, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as required.


Sheet Maintenance:
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions, project details, and transaction progress in designated databases or spreadsheets.

Market Research:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting real estate investments, providing insights and recommendations to clients as needed.


Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and legal departments to ensure smooth deal execution and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications and Skills:


Proven experience in real estate sales or wealth management business to customer sales with a focus on handling HNI, UHNI, and NRI clients.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence decision-making.

Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities, with a customer-centric approach.

Minimum 2 years experience in business to customer sales

Bachelor's degree and Master degree preferred


Pay:
₹25, ₹55,000.00 per month
