Job Summary:

In the capacity of a Customer Service Representative within our International Voice Process, you will hold a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our worldwide customer base.

Your responsibilities encompass addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a top-tier customer experience during U.S. business hours. We seek a motivated individual with strong customer service abilities to become a part of our team.


You will be responsible for:


  • Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise Sales.
  • Presales and postsales follow up.
  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
  • Handling inbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • Escalating customer feedback as required.
  • You are a fresher or have experience within a Customer Service, Telesales or Sales (B2C) role, ideally within the IT industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are a selfstarter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
  • Excellent English Communication
Working Hours: 9 hrs shift

Working Days: 6

  • Salary will be dependent on English communication and relevant experience.
  • Walkin interview at the office
  • Only Office working.
  • Only immediate Joining.

₹14, ₹30,000.00 per month
