Social Media Executive - Thane, India - Impulse Digital
Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop a robust social media strategy to boost following and visibility across various platforms
- Identify and define the most important social media KPIs and monitor them regularly
- Create a monthly social media calendar with relevant special days, hashtags, and occasionspecific campaigns
- Organic performance and consultation: Consistently measure the performance of each social channel, make timely adjustments to improve performance and work crossfunctionally as an informed consultant to make relevant recommendations to editorial strategy
- Study and analyze the insights to finetune the social media strategy for more reach and higher engagement
- Work in parallel with the performance marketing team on social media platforms to help optimise the campaign to deliver better results
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to clients, covering various parameters including performance, reach, engagement, and ROI
- Keep track of the latest trends, hashtags, and developments on social media and use it to create content and improve overall performance
- Manage and oversee the creation of highquality content both written and visual for the social media platforms
- Platform experience and channel ownership: Lead what the visual look and feel of each platform looks like, the tone of voice and daily editorial optimisation
- Audience Strategy: Social audience evaluation and segmentation across the brand's social media presence. Identify key cohorts of audiences and devise a "goto" strategy to grow and scale these groups. The strategy will include a communication strategy on how to speak to these audiences and their content preferences. Engage, retain and grow audience on social channels
Required Qualifications:
- Upto 1 year experience in a digital agency, preferably in social marketing or digital communications agency with a proven track record of managing social media
- Handson experience in social media data analysis using platformspecific tools as well as other analytics tools
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal and customerfacing skills
- Ability to keep up with the latest advancements in the domain
Salary:
₹10, ₹20,426.40 per month
