Job Summary:

The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting and facilitating the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects.

This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources and establish project schedules.
• Break down projects into tasks and set realistic milestones.
• Facilitate communication between development teams and designers.
• Schedule and conduct regular project meetings to discuss progress, issues, and upcoming tasks.
• Provide timely updates to the project manager on project status and key milestones.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with team leads to ensure that team members are appropriately assigned to tasks.
• Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of highquality websites and software.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure that project deliverables meet established quality standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management).
• Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in website and software development.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.

Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
