Reporting Manager - Vice President of Technology

Responsibilities:

Manage all local IT assets such as desktops, monitors, networking devices, conference equipment.
Install and configure software and Hardware for users locally or remote.
Manage and maintain Windows Active Directory, including DNS, SSO, and Group Policies.
Manage network servers and technology tools.
Perform daily/weekly/monthly health checks on key systems.
Ensure resolution/implementations/actions of incidents/activities within SLA.
Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls (IT Infrastructure Security).
Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of IT assets.
Maintain the status of inventory uptodate in the tools at all times.
Perform regular system checks and backup/recovery activities.
Support DevOps and Application team on network infrastructure, AWS activities/issues.
Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.

Required skills:

About 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and Network administration related areas.
Knowledge of M365, Remote Device Management, Mail Exchange.
Good knowledge of various operating systems especially Linux, Windows OS, and Shell scripting.
AWS knowledge around IAM, VPC, Security groups, etc.
Strong understanding of VPN tools and management.
Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management.
Knowledge of system security e.g. intrusion detection systems and intrusion prevention systems.
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
Resourcefulness and problemsolving aptitude.
Excellent communication skills.

Knowledge of Azure is appreciated but not a must.
