Hiring UI/UX Designer for our client located at Vashi, Navi Mumbai (UK/US Shifts)

Responsibilities

Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
Analyze user feedback, website analytics, and usability testing results to identify areas for improvement.
Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results to refine the user experience.
Building brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all the digital platforms
Design visually appealing interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance user engagement.
Create highfidelity mockups and design assets for web development teams
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers, developers, and

- marketers to understand project requirements and constraints.

Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on design prototypes.
Analyze usability testing results and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and guidelines to ensure inclusivity for all users.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to UX design and accessibility.
