We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Analyst to join our team and drive a data-driven approach across various departments and business units.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with different departments and business heads to identify gaps in decision-making processes and implement data-driven solutions to address them.

Your responsibilities will include leveraging the latest technology and best practices to deliver agile, efficient, and high-quality data and visualization solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with different departments and business heads to implement a datadriven approach and resolve gaps in decisionmaking processes.
Utilize the latest technology and best practices to deliver agile, efficient, and highquality data and visualization solutions.
Ensure alignment of the data and analytics team with business objectives and support key initiatives for squads and tribes.
Prioritize opportunities using datadriven insights and solutions, including leveraging machine learning and AI techniques.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree; MBA or relevant technical degree preferred, with 37 years of experience in Data Analytics.
Excellent visualization skills, storytelling abilities, and familiarity with best practices for conveying insights in an intuitive and visually compelling manner.
Experience in creating, collecting, analyzing, and communicating business insights from data.
Strong background in retention, churn, engagement, and marketing analytics metrics.
Knowledge of analytics selfservice BI approaches and predictive analytics solutions is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with Microsoft Azure environment.
Experience in statistical techniques (e.g., R, hypothesis testing).
23 years of handson experience with BI Tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Fabric.
Knowledge of GCS or AWS, AI/ML will be a plus.
