Roles and Responsibilities:

Inventory Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute effective inventory plans and strategies to meet customer demand. Optimize stock levels to ensure a balance between customer satisfaction and cost control.

Demand Forecasting: Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to accurately forecast demand. Utilize data analytics and industry insights to enhance demand forecasting accuracy.

Supplier Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for reliable and timely deliveries. Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to achieve optimal cost savings and product quality.

Inventory Control and Accuracy: Implement and uphold stringent inventory control procedures to prevent theft, damage, or discrepancies. Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.

Order Fulfillment: Generate and manage purchase orders based on demand forecasts and inventory needs. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

Reporting and Analysis:Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and key performance indicators. Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various departments, including sales, production, and logistics. Ensure alignment of inventory strategies with overall business objectives.
Skills:
- Proficient in inventory management (Transzact software) and systems.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional environment.
- Solid understanding of demand forecasting and inventory planning principles.
- Proficient in using Google sheet and MS Excel.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Executive or similar role for at least 2+ years.

₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
